Virat Kohli also paid obeisance at Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ashram in Rishikesh on February 1, 2023. Regarding the change in himself, Virat said in an interview, ‘I am now a gentleman, because everything is amazing of lady luck. We didn’t have any sense at all. Ever since the wife came in life, she taught me a lot, so I understood a lot. Anushka motivated again and again. Due to which I could score runs in bad times.

After a three-year drought in international cricket, Virat scored the first century of his T20 career on 8 September 2022. He scored an unbeaten 122 against Afghanistan. The process started from here continues till IPL 2023. Virat scored 113 runs in ODI against Bangladesh on 10 December 2022. In January 2023, he scored 2 centuries against Sri Lanka, scoring 113 runs on 10 January and 166 not out on 15 January.
