WPL 2024: Ellyse Perry ‘s six broke the car glass and then the photo was clicked

The 11th match of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024 was played on Monday, March 5 between Royal Challengers Bangalore and UP Warriors. RCB captain Smriti Mandhana and Ellyse Perry hit a lot of fours and sixes at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. Mandhana scored 80 runs in 50 balls with the help of 10 fours and 3 sixes.

At the same time, Perry played an innings of 58 runs after facing 37 balls. He hit 4 fours and 4 sixes. One of Perry’s sixes was so powerful that the glass of the car parked in the stadium broke.

Perry hit a glass-breaking six off Deepti Sharma in the 19th over. The ball hit the back seat glass of the car and then went inside. Parry looked shocked after the glass broke and held her head. Its video is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Perry’s innings was ended by Ecclestone on the first ball of the 20th over. She made a partnership of 95 runs with Mandhana for the second wicket and 42 runs with Richa Ghosh (21) for the third wicket.

How was the match between RCB and UP :-

RCB posted a huge score of 198/3 against UP. UP made a good start while chasing the target. Captain Alyssa Healy (55) and Kiran Navgire (18) added 47 runs for the first wicket. After this, Healy did not get much support from the other end. Chamari Atapattu (8), Grace Harris (5) and Shweta Sehrawat (1) could not touch double figures. In such a situation, Deepti Sharma (33) and Poonam Khemnar (31) took charge. Both made a partnership of 41 runs for the sixth wicket. Deepti was out in the 18th over and the team faltered again. UP scored 175 runs after losing 8 wickets in 20 overs.
