The Brisbane Heat have included former South African paceman Morne Morkel in their squad of 18 to prepare for tomorrow night’s vital KFC Big Bash League match against the Melbourne Renegades in Canberra.

Morkel was approved by the BBL Technical Committee to re-join the Heat squad after his spot was taken by a local replacement player while the fast bowler was completing his recovery from ankle surgery.
