T20 WC 2022: Australian team announced, these players got a place in the team

T20 WC 2022: Cricket Australia has announced the team for the T20 series against India and the T20 World Cup 2022 to be hosted by it. The Australian Cricket Board has announced a 15-man squad, in which one name is surprising.

Cricket Australia has broken the rules and has included Singapore-born Tim David, who is a dangerous all-rounder, in the team.

Steve Smith also got the place :-

Steve Smith has also got a place in this team selected for the T20 World Cup and the tour of India, while captain Aaron Finch will remain. Cricket Australia has selected a strong Kangaroo team.

It has mostly included the same players who played the T20 World Cup in UAE last year and Australia’s team succeeded in winning the T20 World Cup trophy for the first time.

Singapore-born Tim David also got a place :-

T20 WC 2022: For your information, let us tell you that Tim David has got a place in this team, who has played 11 T20 International matches for the Singapore team till March 2020. He also appeared in the Indian Premier League this year and played 9 matches for Mumbai Indians. However, barring a few matches, his hitting was seen in many matches and he impressed everyone.

Tim David’s parents are Australian, but he moved to Singapore from Perth when he was two years old. At the same time, CA has told that they are ready to play for Australia with immediate effect under the rules of the ICC.

Tim David has been replaced by Mitchell Swepson :-

Cricket Australia has told that there has been only one change in team that won T20 World Cup in UAE. Tim David has come in place of Mitchell Swepson.

Cricket Australia has also told that David Warner will not go on the tour of India. They have been given rest. Cameron Green will travel to India in place of Warner.
