Saurashtra Cricket Association U-23: 27 bottles of liquor and 2 boxes of beer found in the kit of 5 players, created an uproar in Indian cricket. A big case is coming to light in Indian cricket, after which five players of domestic cricket have come under investigation.

All The Players Are From Saurashtra Under-23 Team:-

Liquor bottles were recovered from these players during the CK Nayudu Trophy tournament. All the players are from Saurashtra Under-23 team.

According to SCA sources, the incident occurred. After Saurashtra’s win over hosts Chandigarh in the CK Nayudu Trophy on January 25.

A large quantity of liquor was found in the cargo area of the plane on which the cricketers were to board. Later, officials seized the liquor at Chandigarh airport.

The Alleged Incident is Unfortunate And Intolerable:-

“An alleged incident has taken place in Chandigarh which has been brought to the notice of the Saurashtra Cricket Association.” the SCA said in a statement. The alleged incident is unfortunate and intolerable.

The Ethics/Disciplinary Committee and Apex Council of the Saurashtra Cricket Association will thoroughly investigate the incident and take appropriate disciplinary action.”
