Pandya gave this statement after the match:-

Hardik Pandya said after the match that β€˜I think we were quite right with the ball, but we made basic mistakes which cost us.

With the kind of bowlers we had, I thought we gave away 15 extra runs. We did many things right. We bowled a few soft balls in between.

We were executing our plans and then in the middle we gave away a few runs. I don’t think we need to dwell on it too much.

We have to play after two days, we have to play one more match to reach the final. Just focus on the things that we’ve done really well this season.

Pandya praised MS Dhoni. He said that’s the beauty of him (Dhoni), with his mind and the way he uses the bowlers.

We kept losing wickets, he kept changing the bowlers, credit goes to him. It would be nice to meet him on Sunday.
