Devdutt Padikkal was a victim of Covid-19 on 22 March. Due to Covid 19, the Padikkal had to remain quarantined. But now he has recovered completely and is practicing with the team. Padikkal said, “Corona was a shock. I wish it did not happen, but I do not have control over some things. I am working hard to keep myself fully fit on my return. ”

Devdutt Padikkal says that he is completely fine now. he said, “At this time I am completely fine and I am able to practice. In IPL, you always have to be 100 percent prepared. If this is not done then you cannot perform.”

Padikkal is in excellent form in Domestic Cricket

Devdutt Padikkal made his career debut in the IPL last year. In the 13th season of the IPL, Padikal scored the highest number of 473 runs for RCB. He scored 218 in just six matches in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and 737 runs in seven matches in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.

Padikkal said, “The last IPL was fantastic for me. It was a great experience. The performance in the Mushtaq Ali Trophy was also good and I achieved my rhythm with the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Now I am full of confidence in IPL. ”
