Why Was The Player Fined 60 Percent?

Let us tell you that Harshit Rana has got into trouble by giving flying kisses to the batsmen. Harshit celebrated the wicket by giving flying kisses to 2 batsmen during the match against Hyderabad. This angered the match referee who imposed a fine on him.

Both these mistakes of Harshit have been considered as violation of Level-1 of the code of conduct. The player has violated the rules of Article 2.5 of the IPL Code of Conduct, due to which he was fined 10 percent of his match fee for the first offence.
