UK Tour: KL Rahul Posts Pic After Team India Arrives In London
KL Rahul posted a picture on Instagram as the India cricketer landed in London ahead of the World Test Championship final.
KL Rahul took to Instagram to share a picture of him after the India cricketer landed in London on Thursday. Team India had left for England late on Wednesday for a long tour where they will be playing six Test matches. The Bharat Army, a group of Team India’s supporters, posted a video on Instagram in which both men’s and women’s teams can be seen arriving at the Heathrow airport.
In the early hours of Thursday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had tweeted the pictures of the Indian contingent who were set to fly for England.

KL Rahul, who underwent appendicitis surgery in May, was named to the squad but his availability was subject to fitness clearance.
Rahul, who was last seen leading Punjab Kings during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. He was diagnosed with acute appendicitis during the tournament and was admitted to the hospital.
His presence will boost the visitors as they will play a five-Test series against England after the World Test Championship final.
The last time when Virat Kohli-led Team India traveled to England for a Test series, the visitors lost 4-1.
India and New Zealand will lock horns in the finals of WTC beginning June 18, while the women’s cricket team will begin the England tour with a one-off Test from June 16.
