IPL 2021: Farooqi Troubles Dhoni and Raina during Practice

20-year Afghanistan pacer Fazalhaq Farooqi continued to impress in the Chennai super kings (CSK) latest practice game troubling the likes of MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina with some thunderbolt. A video of Fazalhaq Farooqi hitting the deck hard at a CSK net practice session is going viral. Afghanistan’s Fazalhaq Farooqi and Noor Ahmed were roped in by Chennai Super Kings as net bowlers.

Fazalhaq Farooqi is an Afghan cricketer. He made his international debut for the Afghanistan cricket team in March 2021. He was born on 22 September 2000. His current team- Afganistan national under-19 cricket team. He is a Left-Arm medium bowler. He has only played one T20 International against Zimbabwe. In this match, he took one wicket for 27 runs. He has experience of 12 first-class matches and has taken 22 wickets, at the same time, he has only six wickets in six List-A matches.

Chennai Super Kings net bowler caught everyone’s attention. Afghanistan’s young fast bowler Fazalhaq Farooqi impressed many with his pace, along with his pace, he also troubled the Chennai batsmen with the line and length. Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu, and Rituraj Gaekwad looked a bit uncomfortable in front of Farooqi’s bowling.

To MS Dhoni, Fazalhaq Farooqi bowled wide yorkers from around the wicket, which he executed pretty well. The CSK skipper tried to squeeze them towards the point region and picked up a couple of quick singles.
