Sakariya made his IPL debut for Rajasthan Royals last season and was impressive picking up 14 straight wickets in 14 matches at an economy rate of 8.19.

The 24-year-old later made it to the Indian squad for the Sri Lankan tour and also played one ODI and two T20 Internationals.

However, since then, Sakariya did not get many opportunities with the Indian team and has featured in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Vijay Hazare Trophy, and Ranji Trophy for Saurashtra.

A Took Nine Wickets in the last Ranji Trophy Game:-

Interestingly, Sakariya took five wickets in his last List-A game, while he took nine in his last Ranji Trophy game.

In the mega auction, Sakariya was bought by Delhi for Rs 4.2 crore. However, Khaleel Ahmed has got a place in the playing XI so far.
