Actually RCB has entered the field with a new captain this season. In place of Virat Kohli, this responsibility has handed over to Faf du Plessis this season. Madhya Pradesh batsman Rajat Patidar has included in the RCB squad for the remainder of the IPL as a replacement for injured Lavneet Sisodia. Banglore gave this information on Sunday.
Patidar has represented the Banglore franchise four times in the past, scoring 861 runs in 31 T20Is at a strike rate of 138.64 with the help of seven half-centuries.
RCB included Rajat Patidar in the middle season :-
This 28-year-old player from Indore has scored 2588 runs in 39 first-class matches. He will join RCB for Rs 20 lakh. Banglore have won one match and lost one in two matches so far this season. RCB’s next match will be against Rajasthan Royals at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on 5 April.
