IPL 2022, RCB vs RR: Captain Faf du Plessis – RCB players ‘in bad condition’ before Qualifier 2

IPL 2022, RCB vs RR: Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis has revealed that the players of the team have not been able to get enough sleep since the Eliminator match against Lucknow Supergiants. This match between RCB and Lucknow Supergiants was played on Tuesday, but due to rain, the match ended late.

RCB had registered a spectacular victory in the exciting Eliminator match :-

RCB had won this match and managed to make it to Qualifier 2. The match of Qualifier-2 will be played today i.e. on Friday. Here RCB will face Rajasthan Royals.

Since the Eliminator match played in Kolkata. The Qualifier 2 game would be played in Ahmedabad, the players had to take a flight.

RCB vs RR: Faf Du Plessis, “Most players didn’t get enough sleep” :-

Talking on RCB’s social media, Faf du Plessis said that the Eliminator match was over late; due to this the players have not been able to sleep. He said that it is emotionally stressful; most of us could not get enough sleep, as we returned quite late as the game was over late.

RCB vs RR: The condition of the RCB camp before the Eliminator match :-

In the 2020 and 2021 seasons of IPL, RCB was out of the tournament after losing the Eliminator match. The team has reached the playoffs for the third time in a row and it will try to become the champion this time.

For this, captain Faf du Plessis asked the players not to think too much about the match. Faf wants the players to remain calm and play their natural game before the big match.

RCB will take on Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2 at Narendra Modi Stadium :-

Faf du Plessis said that it was important for me before these games that we bring those feelings down a bit. It was a really cool dressing room. RCB will face Rajasthan Royals today at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

It will be interesting to see whether RCB will be able to reach the final as they have not played a single final since 2016.
