IPL 2023: BCCI will keep a close watch on the fitness of Team India players. BCCI gave special instructions to the franchisees before IPL 2023.

The Players of all teams joined their respective teams:-

Now only three days are left for the start of the Indian Premier League 2023 and players of almost all the teams have joined their respective teams.

At the same time, the first match of this tournament (IPL 2023 Start Date) will be played between Gujarat vs Chennai Super Kings (GT vs CSK) on 31 March.

But before the start of the tournament, the BCCI has taken strict action regarding the fitness of the Indian players.

A BCCI official said on this issue, “The franchisees have been told to use Team India bowlers especially carefully and IPL teams should not make them bowl too much in the nets.

The Players can Practice fielding:-

He will focus more on strengthening and training. Players can practice fielding but till the first week of May.

The franchisee will not put pressure on him. After the first week of May, players who are in the race can gradually increase their bowling time in the nets. BCCI will be in touch with all the franchises.”

According to the report of Indian Express, these instructions have been given to all the franchisees on the zoom call meeting.

The meeting was attended by physiotherapist Nitin Patel at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru and team India’s strength and conditioning coach Soham Desai.

These players will be closely monitored:-

Board during IPL Mohammed Siraj (Royal Challengers Bangalore), Mohammed Shami (Gujarat Titans), Shardul Thakur and Umesh Yadav (Kolkata Knight Riders). Deepak Chahar (Chennai Super Kings), Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel (Delhi Capitals), Ravichandran Ashwin. And will keep a close watch on Yuzvendra Chahal (Rajasthan Royals), and bowlers like Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umran Malik and Washington Sundar (Sunrisers Hyderabad).

These days the number of injured players of the Indian team is continuously increasing. Due to this Team India is facing many big problems.
