IPL 2023: Hardik Pandya remained disappointed even after the victory, know what he said

CSK vs GT, Hardik Pandya disappointed: In the inaugural match of IPL 2023, defending champions Gujarat Titans defeated Chennai Super Kings by five wickets to win the first match.

Batting first, Chennai scored 178 runs for 7 wickets in 20 overs. In response, Gujarat won by losing 5 wickets.

Hardik Pandya said after the victory:-

After the win, Hardik Pandya said, obviously very happy. At one stage we were in a difficult position, but Rahul and Rashid did very well. We were happy in the middle of the innings because at one stage it looked like they were going for 200, but we came back in the game.”

Appreciated the batting of Rashid and Tewatia :-

Praising the bowlers, Hardik said, “In this match I realized that bowling hard length is the right way, so Alzarri bowled late.

Having Rashid is always beneficial, he will get you wickets and get some runs as well, but today my shot and Shubman’s shot was not right, we need to do better to make sure we don’t put the onus on these guys. Insert.”

Shubman Gill scored half-century :-

For Gujarat, Shubman Gill scored an inning of 63 runs while scoring a half-century. Captain Hardik Pandya scored 8 runs. Sai Sudarshan, who came to bat as an impact player, scored 22 runs. In the end Tewatia 15 not out and Rashid Khan 10 not out won the match with four balls to spare.
