IPL 2023, MI vs KKR: Heavy fine imposed on these players including Suryakumar Yadav

Suryakumar Yadav fine: The 22nd match of IPL 2023 between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders was full of controversies.

Suryakumar Yadav was fined lakhs “:-

In this match, there was a huge dispute between KKR captain Nitish Rana and Hrithik Shokeen. At the same time, Suryakumar Yadav, who was captaining Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium, was also fined Rs 12 lakh.

Big fine on Nitish-Shaukeen :-

Kolkata Knight Riders captain Nitish Rana has been fined 25 per cent of his match fee for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct. Nitish Rana has admitted a Level 1 offense under Article 2.21 of the IPL Code of Conduct.

Mumbai Indians bowler Hrithik Shokeen has been fined 10 per cent of his match fee for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct. Shokeen has admitted a Level 1 offense under Article 2.25 of the IPL Code of Conduct. Explain that in Level 1 violation of the IPL Code of Conduct, the decision of the match referee is considered decisive.

What was the dispute: –

Significantly, Nitish Rana was caught out on the ball of Hrithik Shokeen. After getting out, there was an argument between Nitish Rana and Hrithik Shokeen. Shokeen said something to Rana after getting him out. The KKR captain got incensed by this and he too said something to the bowler while returning.

Both Rana and Shokeen play for Delhi in domestic cricket but there is no talk between the two even in the dressing room. There was a heated debate between these two earlier also.
