Jos Buttler IPL embarrassing record: Rajasthan opener Jos Buttler got an embarrassing record against Punjab Kings. Jos Buttler became the first batsman in the IPL to get out for a golden duck five times in a season. Earlier this record was recorded in the names of Shikhar Dhawan and Herschelle Gibbs. Jos Buttler has been dismissed for zero in three consecutive matches.

After winning the toss, Rajasthan decided to bowl first :-

It may be noted that after winning the toss, Rajasthan decided to bowl first. Punjab scored 187 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs. Sam Karan scored 49 not out. Jitesh Sharma and Shahrukh Khan contributed 44 and 41 runs respectively. Chasing the target, Rajasthan got off to a brisk start. Jaiswal hit three consecutive fours in the first over.

Got out on a golden duck for the fifth time in a season :-

In the second over, Rabada gave the first blow to Rajasthan by dismissing Jos Buttler. Butler could not even open his account. Buttler was dismissed for the third time in a row. Earlier, he was also on golden out against KKR and RCB. With this, Avala became the first batsman to get out for a golden duck five times in a single season. Before Buttler, Shikhar Dhawan was dismissed four times (2020) and Herschelle Gibbs four times (2009) on Golden Duck.

Jos Buttler had scored four centuries in 2022 :-

Let us tell you that the year 2022 was excellent for Jos Buttler. In the 15th season of IPL, Butler had scored 4 centuries. That year, 863 runs came out of Butler’s bat in 17 matches. Jos Buttler made a great start at the beginning of this season. At present, Butler has scored 392 runs in 14 matches with 4 fifties.
