IPL 2024, Hardik Pandya: Indian team’s dreaded all-rounder Hardik Pandya returns to Mumbai Indians ahead of the 2024 season of IPL on November 26 after completing two brilliant seasons as captain of Gujarat Titans.

Pandya’s stellar performance after his surprise release from Mumbai ahead of the 2022 season:-

After his surprise release from Mumbai ahead of the 2022 season, Hardik was roped in by Gujarat Titans and declared as their captain. After this, he led the Titans, who played IPL for the first time in IPL 2022, to a spectacular title win, while in the 2023 season, they became the runner-up after losing to Chennai Super Kings in the final.

Hardik Pandya scored 833 runs in 30 innings in these two seasons at an average of 41.65, while also taking 11 wickets at an average of 8.10.

Hours after the Mumbai Indians deal was officially announced on November 27, Hardik penned an emotional note for his former franchise Gujarat Titans.

Hardik Pandya wrote on X :-

Let us also tell you that Hardik was earlier a part of Mumbai Indians between 2015 and 2021 where he won four titles as a player.
