IPL Players will have to conduct a corona test every other day

Corona cases are increasing in the country and questions are also being raised about the safety of players in the IPL. Meanwhile, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has tightened the rules of the bio bubble.

The BCCI has also tightened the corona test process of the players. Players will now have a corona test every two days. Players first had to undergo a corona test every five days.

The BCCI has also banned the players from getting food outside the hotel. IPL COO Hemang Amin said that earlier players were allowed to order food from some hotels before the tournament, but now this facility has been taken. Now the players will eat only the food found inside the hotel.

Some foreign players have left the IPL in between

Significantly, questions are being raised about the conduct of IPL in the country amid the growing Corona cases. At the same time, some foreign players left the IPL in between. After this, there was a crisis on the IPL, but the BCCI has made it clear that the IPL will continue and it will not be canceled.

Bio bubble assured to be completely safe
Hemang Amin has recently written an email to all the 8 franchises of IPL. He said in the email that in view of the current situation in India, some concerns, questions and the removal of some cricketers can be understood. We respect the decision of the players. He said that the bio bubble is being made more secure to address the concerns of all the players. Amin has assured the players to be completely safe in the bio bubble.
