Mohsin – I was trying to calm myself

Mohsin Khan said after the match, “The plan was to implement what I have done in practice and I did. Even Krunal was talking to me and I told him the same. The run-up is the same, didn’t change it in the last over. I was trying to calm myself, didn’t look at the scoreboard, and bowled a good 6 balls. Since the wicket was holding, I tried the slower ball, but I bowled two of those and then went for the yorker and it was reversing as well.”

It was a difficult time, father was in ICU

Mohsin Khan further said, “It was a difficult time because I was injured, playing after a year. My father just came out of ICU yesterday and he was in the hospital for the last 10 days I have done this for him only, he must be watching. I am grateful to the team and the sports staff, Gautam (Gambhir) sir, and Vijay (Dahiya) sir for feeding me in this match. Although I did not perform well in the last match. Mohsin Khan took one wicket for 26 runs in 3 overs in the match.
