Giving information about this on his YouTube channel, former cricketer S Badrinath said that Archer’s elbow was hit by a ball during the net session on Friday.

In such a situation, there is suspense on his playing against MS Dhoni’s team Chennai on Saturday. If Archer is ruled out of this match, then it will prove to be a big blow for the team because apart from him, Mumbai does not have any other bowler who has experience.

On the other hand, Mumbai Indians are already worried about Jasprit Bumrah’s ouster. Although his replacement was found, no other bowler can replace Bumrah.

In such a situation, if Archer is also out of the match, then the team will come on the back foot. The team’s bass batting options are enough but the team’s hand is tight in terms of amazing players in bowling.
