Pant shared an emotional post: Rishabh Pant has expressed grief over the notice of expulsion from his cricket academy in an emotional post on his social media. Actually, he learned the tricks of cricket at The Sonnet Cricket Academy present at Venkateswara College which is a famous academy in Delhi. The college has given the notice to expel this academy. Pant is not playing IPL right now. As you know it will take another 4 to 5 months for him to return after the car accident.

This cricket academy has helped me a lot in shaping my cricket career, and many more players like me. It is like a home for all of us.

Reconsider the decision to expel Sonnet Cricket Academy – Rishabh Pant

Pant said, “We have always followed the rules made by the college. I request the governing bodies of Venkateswara College to reconsider their decision once again. This club is not just a cricket club for us, it is an institution and a home for all of us.”
