Shaheen Afridi: Pakistan’s star pacer is ready to focus on comeback. Afridi is ready to put the recent disappointing phase behind him and focus on his long-awaited return to cricket this month.

The Upcoming Pakistan super league this week:-

Afridi made a low-key comeback this week after playing for Lahore Qalandars in a warm-up match of the upcoming Pakistan Super League.

The left-hander is expected to make a comeback in the match against Multan Sultans. The opening match of the tournament is on 13 February.

He said, “I was more upset about not playing in Tests because I like Test cricket more.

“A bowler is measured by how he performs in Test cricket and I wanted to keep wickets against England.”

The 22-year-old admitted he wanted nothing more than to pull on his whites and help his teammates to a famous victory.

Afridi said, “It happening when I was watching the (Multan Test) match and our tailenders could not finish the game.”
