Injury, bio-bubble fatigue, and strain of Covid-19, four foreign players leave Rajasthan Royals (RR), the team has approached other teams to borrow foreign players for the current season of the Indian Premier League.

Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer are out of the IPL due to injury while Liam Livingstone returns home citing ‘bubble’ fatigue. On Sunday, Andrew Tae decided to return to Australia citing fears of an increase of Covid-19 cases in India. The Rajasthan Royals have become the worst affected team due to the withdrawal of the players.

A team source said that the team is planning to take the players on loan and has written to other franchisees about it, but nothing has been decided at the moment.

The loan time of the Indian Premier League has started on Monday and will continue till the end of the league matches.

Australia and Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Andrew Tye left the IPL midway due to fears of entry into his country due to rising Corona cases in India.

According to IPL rules, a player who plays less than two matches can be given a loan and cannot play against his domestic franchise. Rajasthan Royals team has won 2 out of 5 matches and they have to play their next match in Delhi on Thursday.

there are a few more strict rules for a loan to be affected but given the current COVID situation and constant player outflow for various reasons, the BCCI may relax a few clauses.
