Shahid Afridi: Pakistan should go to India to play the World Cup. At present, no decision has been taken regarding the Asia Cup, but it is expected to be decided within two weeks.
Pakistan has said that if the hosting of the Asia Cup is snatched, then it can boycott the ODI World Cup. However, in the meantime, a big statement of former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has come to the fore.
Afridi believes that the Pakistan team should go to India for the ICC World Cup to be held this year.
Will send a positive message about supporting cricket:-
The mega event is likely to be played in October and November. Afridi also gave the reason for this. He said- Pakistan team should visit India for the World Cup.

Najam Sethi gave this statement:-
It is noteworthy that due to security concerns, Team India’s visit to Pakistan has almost been cancelled. In such a situation, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) President Najam Sethi has given a hybrid model.
Due to which India’s matches can be organized outside Pakistan. Although many countries are not unanimous on this. In such a situation, the entire tournament of the Asia Cup can be organized at neutral venue.

Speaking to the media on the sidelines of a meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Sethi said that the Pakistan team is unlikely to come to India for the ODI World Cup.
He said- there should be a middle way to solve the problems which are definitely a threat to the smooth hosting of ICC and ACC events.

In case of India’s refusal to go to Pakistan for the Asia Cup, the government will not allow us to travel to India to attend World Cup matches.
