Bangladeshi cricketer Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman, Who participated in IPL 2021 Reached Bangladesh by Charter Flight
Foreign players are returning home after the postponement of IPL 2021. Rajasthan Royals fast bowlers Mustafizur Rahman and Kolkata Knight Riders all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan have reached Bangladesh.
Mustafizur has shared this information by sharing the photo on his Twitter. He has also thanked the team of Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals. The BCCI decided to postpone the 14th season of the Indian Premier League after Corona reported several cases.
Mustafizur wrote on Twitter, ‘Alhamdulillah. We reached Bangladesh without any trouble. I thank Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders for this. I will also thank my Ministry of Health. ‘ When Shakib arrived safely, the KKR team tweeted, “Thank you Shakib.” Glad to know that you and Mustafizur have safely reached Dhaka. Stay safe. ‘ Shakib’s performance was nothing special in IPL 2021 and he was flopping with both ball and bat.
Mustafizur Rahman, however, bowled well while playing for Rajasthan Royals. Mustafizur took 3 wickets for just 20 runs in his four overs in the last match against Hyderabad.
Mustafizur and Shakib will have to stay in quarantine for 14 days after reaching Bangladesh. Both the players will be seen playing in the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka starting May 23.
