The BCCI starts search for new wicketkeeper and Rishabh will take 6-7 months to get right. Team India has suffered a major setback six months before the ICC World Cup 2023.

It will take 6-7 months for Pant to return to the field:-

India’s best wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant will take 6-7 months to get back on the field. Now keeping this in mind, BCCI has started searching for a new wicketkeeper.

A senior BCCI official told Sport, “Rishabh is recovering really well. But it will take at least another 6-7 months to be able to walk and stretch again.

The World Cup is a bit of a stretch for him at the moment. We just wish that he makes a full recovery before focusing on cricket again.

Rishabh was injured in a car accident:-

Indian team’s star player Rishabh Pant suffered a horrific car accident in December and was hospitalized for a month after that.

But now this player is slowly recovering from his injury and is ready to return to cricket after 6-7 months.
