This new trump card came to the team of RCB, bowling praise against KKR

RCB vs KKR: Royal Challengers Bangalore fast bowler Akash Deep said that his target was to get as many wickets with the new ball against Kolkata in IPL 2022. In a thrilling low scoring match, Akash Deep gave 45 runs in 3.5 overs, but he took three wickets.

Akashdeep is proving trump card for RCB :-

Akash Deep said, ‘I was getting some help from the wicket. I had a plan in mind to take as many wickets as possible with the new ball. Taking wickets with the new ball was important as the bowlers were getting help.

My target was to take a few wickets with the new ball for my team (RCB). So I stuck to my plan, got some help from the pitch and was able to pick up wickets for my team.

Talking about the plan to hit the short off length area consistently, Deep commented, “My plan was to bowl the right length. I was given a plan and I was focusing on it. I supported myself and played to my strength and didn’t think much about the level at which I am playing.

RCB beat KKR :-

Akash Deep bowled short-balls in Bangalore’s opening match against Punjab, but the plan did not go well. Against Kolkata, Akash Deep re-executed the plan and got good results.

First win of the current tournament due to Akashdeep :-

Akash Deep also said that RCB had deliberately sent wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik down. He known to be a good finisher. Karthik scored an unbeaten 14 runs in just seven balls to give Bangalore their first win of the current tournament.
