Jofra Archer and Jos Buttler in action for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL

IPL franchises have been announcing the players they are retaining and releasing ahead of the 2021 edition of the tournament.

Eight England players have been retained by their current franchises for the tournament, scheduled to begin in April. 

The IPL auction is due to take place in mid-February.
