WTC Final 2023: Lucknow Super Giants Captain KL Rahul Gets Injured During The Match

WTC Final 2023: Lucknow Supergiants captain KL Rahul got injured during the match. In the Indian Premier League 2023, a match was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants on Monday.

In this match, RCB performed brilliantly and won by 26 runs. This was RCBโ€™s fifth win. The match was low scoring and very exciting. RCB got 10 points after the win in the match.

Faf du Plessis Played fighting innings:-

In the match played between RCB and Lucknow, the pitch was slow and none of the batsmen were able to score runs.

While the rest of the batsmen looked troubled, on the other hand, Faf du Plessis played a brilliant innings and scored 41 runs. Du Plessis did not go for any unnecessary shots in the innings and scored most of the runs by running.

Karn Sharma made a great comeback:-

The dominance of the spinners was seen in the match. While Amit Mishra from Lucknow troubled everyone with the ball.

On the other hand, Karn Sharma, returning to the match for RCB, bowled strong balls and took the wickets of Marcus Stoinis and Nicholas Pooran, who were the heroes of the match played against Punjab. After the dismissal of these two, no one could handle the innings of Lucknow.

KL Rahul injured during fielding:-

Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul got injured during the match. While fielding on the last ball of the second over in Bengaluruโ€™s innings, Rahul felt a stretch in his leg.

He stopped running after the ball. He came to bat in the last over in the second innings as well but could not do much.
