Afghanistan’s new chairman getting ready for Pakistan series

Azizullah Fazli was reinstated as the Chairman of the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB). Azizullah Fazli guided the cricket board until 2019, including the World Cup in the UK, and will take over from Farhan Yousafzai.
As per the rules of the ACB, the President of the country is the Patron-in-Chief and the Chairman is the head of the Board. As Afghanistan is set to be the new chairman for the series, for all paranoia purposes, the central authority is the CEO and he takes care of cricket operations and administration. Dr. Hamid Shinwari is the current CEO of the board.
Pakistan is gearing up for the series as Afgha. maybe named the new president while ACB officials are optimistic about the game of cricket in the troubled country and their focus on the upcoming bilateral series against Pakistan in Sri L. The three-match ODI series, which has been transferred from the UAE, is; however, it is scheduled to be held in Hambantota from September 1 to 5.
The Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLC), scholars agreed to grant permission for the venue. But the ACB is still awaiting permission. Cricbuzz understands that if the series does not go-ahead for some reason. The dates for the Shepjeza Cricket League, Afghanistan’s domestic T20 competition to be held in Kabul.
Afghanistan has recently organized two skill development camps, one for 15 days and the other for 14 days, to prepare for the Pakistan series, and their eyes are on it. The T20 World Cup is going to happen later this year.
