Annabel Sutherland out of the New Zealand Tour

Australian all-rounder Annabel Sutherland has been ruled out of the Australia tour of the New Zealand series

All-rounder Sutherland, who was recently featured in the Australian women’s ODD, complained of pain in her thigh after the previous round, and a subsequent scan revealed a stress response

Annabel Sutherland, who will be replaced in a 17-player squad by Victorian Molly Strano,

Sutherland will be left untouched in both the Trans-Tasman series and the remainder of the domestic 50-over season after suffering a stress reaction to his right-foot femur.

Sutherland out of New Zealand tour has created an opportunity for the off-spinner 28-year-old Strano, having played seven T20 matches for Australia but is yet to make his ODI debut.
