Marcus Labuschagne’s DRS review was the biggest talking point of the first half of India and Australia 2nd Test in Melbourne.

In the 16th over of the match, Jasprit Bumrah had called for an LBW but umpire Paul Reiffel gave a decision against it.

The team was confident and therefore went in for a review, however, ball was missing the stumps and India lost review.

Shane Warne reacted saying: “I can’t believe this was going over the top of the stumps,” Shane Warne said on Fox Cricket.

“Look where he is, it’s on the knee roll, he’s down crouched as well. I thought at worst case it would have been just clipping leg-stump, got some part of leg stump and he’d be on his way.

“But the bounce here at the MCG that we’ve seen off the quickies. It’s continuing off the spin which is making life difficult for batting.”

Australia had won the toss and elected to bat. However, India had a strong start chipping three wickets early in the game. The match is being played at Melbourne Cricket Ground.
