England will play a series against South Africa in January next year, in which Archer is likely to return. In such a situation, he will also be seen playing for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2023.
Archer is to return to international cricket in January 2023:-
According to a report in The Telegraph, Archer will return to international cricket in January 2023. Archer suffered several injuries and due to which he is finding it difficult to come back.
A three-match ODI series is to be played between Africa and England from January 27, 2023, to February 1.
Archer got the mega auction of the year 2022 by Mumbai:-
Apart from the England team, the news of Jofra Archer’s return is also a relief for Mumbai Indians. Archer was bought by Mumbai in the mega auction of 2022 for a whopping amount of Rs 8 crore, but due to his injury, he was out for the entire season.
However, Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai was well aware of this. In such a situation, he can be seen playing for Mumbai in next year’s IPL.
