Ganguly is the director of cricket at Delhi Capitals and was with the team in IPL 2023. In IPL 2023, Delhi ended the season at the bottom of the points table.

All set to replace Ponting:-

Based on a report in Bengali media outlet, Sangabad Pratidin, Ganguly is all set to replace Ponting for the post of Delhi team’s head coach. He will also address his role as the Director of Cricket at the franchise.

Delhi Capitals had a young squad in IPL 2023 and that despite the presence of two of the biggest minds in world cricket.
