IPL 2024: The Teaser released before auction, IPL trophy shines in Dubai. Now all preparations have been made for the Indian Premier League. Bidding for the players is going to take place in Dubai on 19th December.

It can be seen in the video that the IPL trophy has now reached Dubai. The IPL 2024 auction will be held at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is the first time that the IPL auction is being held abroad outside India. Last year such news came out when BCCI decided to hold IPL auction in Istanbul but then BCCI changed its mind.

Only 77 Players Are Going To Be Bid in The Auction:-

This time a total of 333 players from India and abroad have registered themselves for the IPL 2024 auction. Out of 333, 214 players are Indians. Apart from this, out of these 333 players, only 77 players are going to be bid in the auction.

Out of 333 players, there are 23 players whose base price is Rs 2 crore. There will be many players who will be bid for the first time and there will be many players who have been released by the franchises. This time the host of the IPL 2024 auction will be Mallika Sagar.

All Franchises Are Going To Bid Very High:-

This time there are many players in the auction on whom all the franchises are going to bid heavily. Which includes players like New Zealand’s Rachin Ravindra, Australia’s Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood and Wanindu Hasaranga.

Rachin Ravindra can participate in IPL for the first time this time. He impressed everyone with his brilliant batting in the ODI World Cup 2023.

After which the eyes of IPL franchises are fixed on him. Apart from this, fast bowler Mitchell Starc is going to return to IPL after 8 years.
