In fact, after the crushing defeat at the hands of Gujarat Titans in the seventh match of IPL 2023, captain David Warner gave his reaction to the weakness of the team. During this, he said – “Initially the ball was swinging a lot. I had no idea about it at all. We know that losing wickets in the powerplay creates pressure, which was fully demonstrated by the opposition team how they adapted to the conditions.”
