Imad Wasim openly threatened the selectors, saying if he is dropped without informing, he will take any action

Pakistan cricket is surrounded by controversies most of the time. Recently a big thing has come to the fore. Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has threatened the selectors that if he is now dropped from the team without informing, then the result will not be good.

Cricket Pakistan quoted Imad Wasim as saying –

“The selectors kept me out of the national team for the last one to one and a half years without giving any reason. Now I will not let this happen again. This time my actions will be important. I am at that stage of my career that if I am thrown out without informing, I will take any step.”

Wasim was out of the national team for more than a year. He played the last T20 International match against Australia in Dubai in November 2021 before his return. In a conversation with a local TV channel, Wasim revealed that he was dropped from the national team by the selectors without giving any reason.

Wasim also told – “When I was out of the team, there was no loss financially. I was earning more than what I earn by playing for Pakistan.”

Imad Wasim said that he has full faith in his abilities –

He said – “I have full faith in my ability. If I was a bowler who depended on the situation, the T20 league teams in Australia and South Africa would not have selected me.”
