All the league stage matches of IPL 2023 are over. The first qualifier match will be played between CSK vs GT on 23 May i.e. tonight at 7:30 pm. This match will be played in Chennai. Before this match, former Indian player and current commentator Virender Sehwag has described this player as the trump card for Gujarat team.

IPL 2023: Virender Sehwag said during Star Sports Cricket Live –

“Rashid Khan is the trump card of Gujarat Titans. Whenever the Gujarat team is looking for a wicket, Rashid Khan takes the wicket. The way Hardik got Rashid Khan overs at the right time is really commendable.”

Sehwag added – “Rashid Khan is expert in breaking the partnership of the batsmen of the opposing team and he has become the most successful second bowler of this season, who has impressed everyone with his brilliant performance.”

Rashid Khan’s performance in IPL 2023 –

Rashid Khan has performed brilliantly for Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023. He took 24 wickets in a total of 14 matches, in which his economy rate was 7.82. He also impressed with the bat and scored 438 runs.
