IPL 2023: KKR bowler Lockie Ferguson got injured before IPL 2023. Kolkata Knight Riders have suffered two major setbacks ahead of the 16th season of the Indian Premier League.

Recently, KKR captain Shreyas Iyer was injured during the Test series against Australia.

At the same time, before IPL 2023 (IPL 2023), star bowler Lockie Ferguson has also come under the grip of hamstring (Lockie Ferguson) before the ODI series (NZ vs SL) against Sri Lanka. In the same year, KKR traded him to Gujarat Giants.

A Hamstring injury during series against Sri Lanka:-

But before this the team has got two big setbacks in a row. Recently, speed king Lockie Ferguson suffered a hamstring injury during the series against Sri Lanka. Earlier, team captain Shreyas Iyer was also injured.

At the same time, KKR’s problems are not reducing before the 16th season of IPL. The team already had to choose their captain and now their team’s fastest bowler Lockie is also injured.

Now he can miss the opening matches of IPL, due to which the team can suffer a lot. After Ferguson’s hamstring injury, his participation in the IPL has been in doubt.

Along with captain Shreyas, Ferguson can also miss the opening match of IPL 2023.
