Dutch squad for Cricket World Cup Qualifier: The squad is announced for the Dutch men’s cricket team that will participate in the Cricket World Cup qualifying tournament in Zimbabwe in June and July. The two top teams will qualify for the 50-over Cricket World Cup that will be held in India at the end of 2023.
Netherlands will take on Zimbabwe, USA, Nepal and the West Indies :-
Previously, the Netherlands (as winners of the World Cricket League) participated in the Super League. The countries that finished in the top-8 qualified directly for the World Cup. For the numbers 9 to 13, the upcoming tournament offers the opportunity to qualify for the World Cup through the ‘back door’.
The Netherlands will take on Zimbabwe, USA, Nepal and the West Indies.
The other pool consists of Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland, Oman and UAE.
