India’s fast bowler Shardul Thakur suffered a Hamstring Injury. He was out of the second Test against England at Lord’s, ESPNCricinfo reports.
Thakur’s injury adds to India’s growing list of injuries which has already seen Shubman Gill, Washington Sundar, and Avesh Khan ruled out.
Thakur picked up four wickets in the first Test in Nottingham – 2/41 and 2/37. However, in the second innings, he bowled only 13 overs, the fewest among all four pacers.
