ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Kane Williamson admires Team India before the semi-finals. The first semi-final match of World Cup 2023 will be played between India and New Zealand on 15 November at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Both the teams are preparing vigorously for this match. Whichever team loses this match, its journey in the tournament will end here.

Before the semi-final match, New Zealand team captain Kane Williamson held a press conference today. During this, he also praised Team India a lot.

Team India Was Extraordinary in The Tournament:-

Kane Williamson said in the press conference, “In this tournament, every team is complicated. India has been extraordinary. We knew that if we played good cricket we would give ourselves a good chance.

Speaking about the upcoming match, he said that it would be great to play against the host nation. This will be a tough challenge for them also.

As a team, we are concentrating on our strengths. When asked about Suryakumar Yadav, Williamson praised the 33-year-old Indian cricketer and said that he is a wonderful player.

It Was A Great Game But This is A Different Match:-

He further said “Everyone in our team of 15 players is fit which is a good sign. When we played them in the pool stage it was a great game but this is a different match.

It’s about how you want to express yourself as a team. This is a big part of the challenge.

Let us tell you, the last time both the teams faced each other in this World Cup, India had won by four wickets and after taking five wickets, Mohammed Shami was adjudged ‘Player of the Match’.
