While chasing the target against Afghanistan, Indian captain Rohit Sharma started hitting big shots from the very beginning. Due to this the Indian team achieved the target of 273 runs in 35 overs.
Rohit Sharma scored the most runs for India. Sharma played an inning of 131 runs in just 84 balls in the match. Which includes 16 fours and five sixes. Rohit was also chosen Player of the Match for his performance.
