ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Pakistan captain Babar Azam angrily stopped Rizwan from celebrating. There were huge reactions on social media to the viral video. Pakistan cricket team’s journey in the World Cup has officially ended.
The Possibility Of Their Reaching The World Cup Was Alive:-
Although this was decided even before their last match, the possibility of them reaching the World Cup with a miraculous win was still alive.

Forget the miraculous victory, Babar Azam and the team could not even win their last match, England defeated them by 93 runs. England was already out of the World Cup.
During the Pakistan vs England match, when Shaheen Shah Afridi took a wicket, the team players came to him celebrating, wicket-keeper Mohammad Rizwan also came to him and started clapping but during this, Babar Azam was seen shaking his hand in anger. . Its video is going viral on social media.

Babar Azam Got Angry After The Wicket Of Ben Stokes:-
Ben Stokes scored the most runs for England, scoring 84 runs in 76 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 11 fours. Although he missed his century, he was bowled by Shaheen Shah Afridi in the 41st over.
Celebrating this wicket, Pakistan players came to Afridi to congratulate him. Meanwhile, when wicket-keeper Rizwan started clapping at Shaheen Afridi, captain Babar Azam came in between and separated him by hitting Rizwan’s gloves with force, anger was clearly visible on his face.
Jos Buttler Won The Toss And Chose To Bat Anyway:-
Pakistan cricket team had to win by a margin of more than 200 runs, however, as soon as Jos Buttler won the toss and chose to bat, Pakistan’s hopes of qualifying were over.
England, batting first, set a target of 338 runs, chasing which Pakistan’s entire team got bundling out for 244 runs. David Willey, who took 3 wickets, was naming player of the match.
Ben Stokes played a good innings for the second consecutive match, he scored 84 runs. Agha Salman scored the most runs for Pakistan, he scored 51 runs in 45 balls while Babar Azam was out after scoring 38 and Rizwan was out after scoring 36.

Now India’s last match of the league stage is leaving, after which the semi-finals will begin. The first semi-final match is between India and New Zealand on 15 November and the second semi-final between South Africa and Australia is on 16 November.
