Pat Cummins press conference

Cummins said in the press conference before the World Cup final, “It will definitely be the same for both the teams. There is no doubt that there is some advantage of playing in one’s own country and on one’s own wicket. But we play a lot of cricket here.”

Cummins said about the Ahmedabad pitch, “It swings in the first few overs and after that, not much happens in it. “We would like to create more chances early on.”

Cummins also said that he does not think the toss will be a big factor in Ahmedabad.

Cummins said in the press conference, “We have played in India before, so noise is not a new thing for us. A player like David Warner will dance to it, while some players will be in their own bubble.”

Cummins said, “This will be an equal match. There are 6-7 players in the team, who won the 2015 World Cup. There are 6-7 players in the team, who won the 2015 World Cup, so they know that feeling and there is nothing better than coming out on the field, being brave, and taking the match forward. Will be scared.”
