Babar Azam and PCB: Former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif has made a sensational claim. He said that PCB Chairman Zaka Ashraf has stopped responding to calls and text messages of Pakistan captain Babar Azam. Apart from this, Rashid Latif said that Pakistani players have not even received their salaries for five months.
Continuous disappointing performance of Pakistan in World Cup :-
It is noteworthy that the Pakistan team, which is continuously performing disappointingly in the World Cup, is facing a lot of criticism in its country. Meanwhile, the team’s former wicketkeeper batsman Rashid Latif made a revelation that Pakistan players have not even received their salaries for five months. Rashid gave this statement while talking on Pakistan’s government TV channel.
Rashid Latif revealed :-
Latif said, “I know for a fact that when Babar called and messaged from India, he did not get any reply from the chairman (Zaka Ashraf). The players have not received their salaries…the chairman replied to the captain. Not delivering and what we expect from the team in these circumstances.”

Central contracts are being reviewed:-
Latif also claimed that some senior officials of the board have informed the players that the central contracts they signed before leaving for the World Cup are now being reviewed. However, he did not provide any evidence for his claims.
