Rachin Ravindra was born on 18 November 1999. Made his debut in international cricket for the New Zealand cricket team in September 2021. Ravindra was born in Wellington, New Zealand, to Indian parents.

His father Ravi Krishnamurthy, a software architect, played club-level cricket in his hometown Bangalore before settling in New Zealand.

Rachin’s father Ravi Krishnamurthy is very fond of cricket and is a fan of Indian legends Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid. When their son was born, they decided to name him after Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid.

They decided to keep the name by combining Rahul’s Ra and Sachin’s Chin. In this way the name became Rachin. Rachin is only 22 years old and has earned a good name in the world of cricket.

Devon Conway And Rachin Ravindra’s Century:-

The batsmen who won New Zealand against England were Devon Conway and Rachin Ravindra. Both the batsmen started the World Cup 2023 with centuries by batting brilliantly.

Conway played an unbeaten inning of 152 runs with the help of 121 balls. Which includes 19 fours and three sixes. Whereas Rachin scored 123 runs in 96 balls. Which includes 11 fours and five sixes.

Rachin Ravindra was part of New Zealand’s squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup and 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
