The right-handed batsman was seen preparing for the upcoming IND vs PAK World Cup match at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Gill has already missed India’s first two matches due to being suffering from dengue.

Shubman Gill was admitted to the hospital earlier

“He (Gill) is recovering well. Yes, he was admitted to the hospital, but it was more as a precaution. He is back in the hotel in Chennai and is recovering. Therefore, he is being monitored by the medical team. We are hopeful that he will recover soon and look good,” India batting coach Vikram Rathore had said before the Afghanistan match.

Famous commentator Harsha Bhogle has dengue

After Indian cricketer Shubman Gill, now famous commentator Harsha Bhogle has been diagnosed with dengue and will miss the blockbuster IND vs PAK World Cup clash on Saturday, October 14. Harsha Bhogle took to Twitter to share the news of his being diagnosed with dengue. And said he is “disappointed” but hopes to be back for IND vs BAN on October 19.
