Sourav Ganguly: Players selected for top and middle order

As reported by ANI, Ganguly told Star Sports, “If one of the middle-order batsmen becomes unfit, then Tilak Verma will come. If one of the fast bowlers becomes unfit, then the famous Krishna, if one of the spinners becomes unfit, then Yuzvendra Chahal.”

Ganguly- I will always choose Chahal

He said, “I will always pick Chahal. I will always pick wrist spinners, I don’t know what the selectors think but I will always pick wrist spinners.”

Ganguly had earlier told Star Sports, “It is a very strong team. Bumrah is back, making the team even stronger. The bowling attack is very good – Shami, Bumrah, Siraj. You can’t get a better fast bowling attack than this.”
